Specific Rate Info for Herbie Webdesigns

Herbie Webdesigns provides web site design in 3 categories, ranging from about $400 for a simple site to about $3,000 for a larger and more intricate site. These category-based rates are intended to be guidelines for pricing. Actual rates are set after the initial consultation. Special rates for not-for-profit organizations are also available. Additional fees may also be applied.

Level 1--Basic--399

The basic web site category entails 1 hour of consulting, a home page linking to 5 pages, 6 graphics, 1 form. 1 email CGI, and 1 image map. Any of the 6 graphics may be used as background textures. All consulting and graphics production charges apply beyond the initial consultation and graphics production included in the flat fee.

$25 per each additional page. $10 per each additional graphic. $15 per each additional image map. $10 per each additional form. $10 per each additional email CGI

Level 1 web sites do not contain custom or FileMaker Pro CGIs, sounds, video, animation, and nested tables.

Level 2--Intermediate--$849

The intermediate web site includes more advanced functions than the basic web site. This level includes 2 hours of consultation, a home page linking to 13 more pages, 15 graphics, 2 forms, 3 image maps, a CGI to transfer form data to email. Any of the 15 graphics may be used as background textures. All consulting and graphics production charges apply beyond the initial consultation and graphics production included in the flat fee. An animated GIF will be considered one graphic, but graphics production charges ($25/hour) will be billed past 15 minutes of work on each animated GIF.

$30 per each additional page. $10 per each additional graphic. $15 per each additional image map. $10 per each additional form. $10 per each additional form data-to-email CGI. $65 per each FileMaker Pro CGI. $25 per hour for sound file production.

Level 2 sites may use email CGIs, FileMaker Pro CGIs, animated GIFs, sounds, and nested tables.

Level 3--Advanced--$1599

The advanced web site allows for a number of advanced web site features. This level includes 4 hours of consultation, a home page linking to 22 more pages, 24 graphics, 4 forms, 4 image maps, 2 CGIs to transfer form data to email, 1 CGI to interface with FileMaker Pro. Any of the 24 graphics may be used as background textures. All consulting and graphics production charges apply beyond the initial consultation and graphics production included in the flat fee. An animated GIF will be considered one graphic, but graphics production charges ($25/hour) will be billed past 15 minutes of work on each animated GIF.

$35 per each additional page. $10 per each additional graphic. $15 per each additional image map. $10 per each additional form. $10 per each additional form data-to-email CGI. $65 per each additional FileMaker Pro CGI. $25 per hour for sound file production. Video clip and custom CGI rates vary.
